Redwood City School district offers choice in education by having the option to transfer your child to any one of the district's award-winning programs and schools like Adelante Selby Spanish Immersion School, North Star Academy, Mandarin Immersion Program, Orion Alternative Elementary School, and McKinley Institute of Technology. The North Star Academy begins enrollment in 3rd grade. North Star Academy was created by RCSF to meet the needs of gifted, talented and high achieving students.
